Giffgaff is a mobile telephone network and Sim card provider which uses the UK’s O2 network. These in turn are owned by Spanish telecoms company Telefónica. Giffgaff was launched in November 2009. The company says it provides customer support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and that most of those who contact it resolve their issue within 90 seconds.
